the foot of picturesque Lao Mount and on the side of the Li
County-Yangkou Road, there is a young stock cooperative enterprise¡ªQingdao
Yangfeng Industry Corporation, with blue roof and pink office
building. It enjoys elegant environment, comfortable climate
and convenient transportation conditions. It is 15-minute-drive
eastward to Yangkou Coast, westward to Liuting Airport and Chengyang
Rail Station. And it is half-hour-drive northward to Tianheng
Island Tourist Resort and southward to Qingdao downtown area.
Qingdao Yangfeng Industry Corporation has a history of more
than 20 years. And currently, it has five branch factories:
Refrigeration Fittings Factory, Hardware Products Factory, Locomotive
Fittings Factory, Rubber Products Factory, Micro Motor Factory,
etc., mainly manufacturing plate punching accessory, machinery
processing accessory, rubber products, micro-pump, etc. for
large and medium enterprises, including Qingdao Haier, Aokema,
Sifang Locomotive Factory, Ying Ji Duo. Main products are all
series of truckles, locks, chains, filters and liquid-collecting
tubes for refrigerators, and magnetic pumps and cleaners for
washing machines, dishwashers and ice machines.
The Company
covers an area of 21,000 square meters and workshop area of
12,600 square meters and possesses over one hundred all specifications
of 3- to 6-ton punching equipments, over 50 processing equipments
and more than 30 sets of welding, testing equipments and vehicles.
The
Company has established production union with many private
enterprises. There are two precise mould manufacturers; four
air sizing and plastic products factories; five machinery
processing factories; two zinc and aluminum alloy die-casting
factories; plating factory, labor insurance products factory
etc.
In
2000, the Company passed ISO9002 Quality System authentification
and established complete quality guarantee system and production
management system.
